Today Daddy had the day off and joined us for a special trip to the Ft. Worth Children’s Museum.
A few months ago, I bought a membership to the Dallas Museum of Nature and Science. The membership includes being able to visit the Ft. Worth Museum as well.
I love taking the kids to hands on places where they can run, play and explore. I love taking them to places where they can touch EVERYTHING!
Our first stop was the Dino Dig!
Next, we went to the massive train tables. I love the holes in the middle so they children can get in the middle of their creation.
Next we stopped for groceries at the Grocery Store!
The kids were able to shop, weigh their produce, and then check out! This was their favorite stop.
When it came time to “share” our grocery cart. We headed outside for some fun in the water.
Levi and Ava weren’t too interested in the water and decided they would rather build a house.
And (insert brag) I caught Ava again…counting her blocks in Spanish. Thanks Dora!
As we were headed out for the day…the kids ran to jump on this sculpture outside.
As they ran, I yelled “be careful, it might be hot”
They called back….”Its ok, its in the shade!” I am reminded they are growing up…oh so fast.
One more very exciting thing….Today was our first family outing with NO DIAPER CHANGES and NO ACCIDENTS! YIPEE!

I thought of you as I was in Allen yesterday for all of 2 hrs. My mom and I drove 13 hrs yesterday to get to Molly's funeral and back home again to my sick kiddos. Sorry I couldn't call. Next time.
