A Trip to "Grandpa's Farm"

The kids started to get a little wild after 3 days and we decided it was time for a road trip. So we headed 2 hours north of Detroit to Frankenmuth AKA “Michigan's Little Bavaria” The town is most known for Bronners, the world's largest Christmas Store, but we found a darling working farm that allows the kids to touch and hold most of the animals.

The darling “Bavarian” McDonalds still gives the “old fashion” happy meal boxes that Mommy and Daddy had when we were kids. This was a real treat for our kids...as we usually make them order something off of the $1 menu and give them water to drink...but since this was a special place we treated the kids to Happy Meals!
